I have already installed the arc gis 9.2 softwares but still it needs the service pack which supports the Arc Swat softwares to be an extention for Arcgis

Hello,
Once you have installed ArcGIS version 9.2, then install the most recent service pack which in Service Pack 6. It can be downloaded from the ESRI web site from this link:

I do not understand what you mean by "Arc Swat software to be an extension for ArcGIS"
There are no extensions that I know of that go by the name Arc Swat. If there is a custom extension with this name that was developed by a company or person other than ESRI, it is questionable whether there is any support for it by ESRI through its service packs. You would need to contact the person/organization responsible for creating that extension.
